It’s Gaming… It’s Training
Power Play is our newest addition to a fitness experience. It is an interactive arcade for fitness. This room has state of the art equipment including DDR, Trazar, Makoto and more.

Trazer – uses flight simulator technology and video game software to create fun and functional fitness challenges games, tests, drills and rehabilitation programs.

Mokoto – measures your reaction time and accuracy electronically while you compete with yourself or others. It’s a great tool for youth fitness, sports performance, training, physical therapy and medical rehab.

Sport Wall – is a multi-station system that simultaneously tracks a ball, targets, sound, scores and a time clock, while participants engage in a full body work out.

Kilowat – is a video game sports controller that uses isometric resistance to play the game.
