This FREE summer recreation activity program will be held at South Armstrong Park and Community Park. After Hours runs Monday – Friday, 4-8pm from June 9 – August 15. Park district staff will be there to lead sports, crafts, games and other fun stuff. No preregistration necessary – just come on out to the park for your best summer ever. After Hours is for local kids in 3rd - 8th grade. Kids will be asked to sign in and out of the program.
Camp on The Go is on the move. This weekly camp will visit various local attractions throughout the summer. Your camper’s summer mornings will be spent playing games, doing art and craft projects, singing camp songs, and participating in group activities. A local field trip is included in each week of camp. Come join us! To register for this camp, please use the regular registration form.

Take some time for yourself this summer while your child has a blast in our camp! Your child will learn how to make gak, wave bottles, bubble wands and more. They will also play ‘sprinkle, sprinkle, splash’ and ‘find snappy.’ What are these games? Find out in our cool camp! Through games and activities children will learn the importance of sharing, listening, and cooperation. Sizzlin’ Summer Tot Camp provides a non-competitive and structured atmosphere. Children will explore science and crafts, songs, stories and games all in a fun social environment that fosters creativity in every child. Activities will be held both indoors and outdoors. Many messy projects will be included - and parents don’t have to clean up! All children must be potty trained. To register for this camp, please use the regular registration form.
