To enter, email one photo of your dog, together with your name, full address, email and name, breed and age of your dog to info@csparks.org. Entries close on Sep 20, 2009 at noon.
The finalists, chosen by the park district, will be voted on by attendees at CSBarks on Sep 26. One winning owner in each category will recive a $50 park district voucher.
