There are lockers and shower facilities located in the Simkus Recreation Center so whether you're on your lunch break, on your way home from work, we've got what you need. Our locker rooms have individual showers and lockers. If you're just stopping in, keep your valuables safe in our secure wallet lockers.

Individualized Nutritional Counseling
Nutrition counseling involves one-on-one in-depth time with an on staff Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist. A specific individualized program is then created and monitored. Sessions include diary review, dining strategies, or behavior modification. Topics can vary from weight loss to sport performance.
