The Fall Fitness 5k will be returning for the fourth year on Sunday, September 8, 2013. The third annual Fall Fitness 5k took place on Sep 15, 2012.

Team Challenge:
Form a team of three to five runners to enter the team challenge and compete for the Armstrong Cup. The team with the lowest average race time wins the challenge and gets their name on the cup.
