The 2010 referendum will pay for a new recreation center and indoor pool, and multiple park and trail improvements. Building sustainable parks and facilities, and renovating our existing structures to be more efficient are major priorities in the planning of these projects.

Green Building Certification for New Recreation Center
The district is working with several organizations to learn about current green building practices and certification programs. Board and staff are reviewing the costs and the benefits of green building programs, certifications, and potential grants.
