Captain’s meeting is Tuesday September 27, 2011 at 7pm at Simkus Recreation Center
League Starts October 4

League Information
Game times are 6:15pm – 9:15pm
Teams play an 8 game season plus single elimination playoff
Games are played 5 on 5
Games are played at Simkus Recreation Center
Cash awards and trophies for league and playoff champions
Teams are required to wear team colors with a number on the back

Team registration must include all of the following:  

• Completed Team Registration Form
• Completed Roster (minimum of 6 players) can be turned into by the first game.
• League fees: $605/team.
• No partial payments or deposits will be accepted nor will slots be held over the phone.
