Captain’s meeting is Thursday September 29, 2011 at 7pm
League starts Tuesday October 4

League Information
Game times are 7:15pm – 9:15pm
Teams play an 8 game season plus single elimination playoff
Games are played 4 on 4 plus a goalie
Game location is Evergreen School
Cash awards and trophies for league and playoff champions
Teams are required to wear team colors
Players must bring their own protective gear and sticks

Team registration must include all of the following:  

• Completed Team Registration Form
• Completed Roster (minimum of 5 players) can be turned into by the first game.
• League fees: $300/team.
• No partial payments or deposits will be accepted nor will slots be held over the phone.
