Registration ends Monday, September 12
Captain’s meeting is Thursday September 15, 2011 at 7pm
League starts Friday September 23

League Information
Game times are 6:15pm – 9:15pm
Teams play an 8 game season plus single elimination playoff
Games are played 6 on 6 with 4 males and 2 females on the court
Game location is Simkus Recreation Center
Cash awards and trophies for league and playoff champions

Team registration must include all of the following:  

• Completed Team Registration Form
• Completed Roster (minimum of 6 players) can be turned into by the first game.
• League fees: $355/team.
• No partial payments or deposits will be accepted nor will slots be held over the phone.
