Floor Hockey Leagues

• Registration ends Monday, January 9.
• Captain’s meeting is Thursday January 12, 2012 at 8:15pm at Simkus Recreation Center.
• Monday league starts January 16.
• Tuesday league starts January 17.

League Information

• Game times are 6:15pm – 9:15pm.
• Teams play an eight game season plus single elimination playoff.
• Games are played 4 on 4 plus a goalie.
• Games are played at Evergreen School.
• Teams are required to wear team colors.
• Cash awards and trophies for regular season and playoff champions.

Team registration must include all of the following:

• Completed team registration form.
• Completed Roster (minimum of six players) can be turned into by the first game.
• League fee: $320
• No partial payments or deposits will be accepted nor will slots be held over the phone.
