Background checks are needed for all first time coaches.
If you are a first time coach please click on the Background Check link located next to the Coach Application link on the specific youth sports web. Download the form and either e-mail to ronm@csparks.org or drop off at the Simkus Recreation Center.
Background checks have a five year life span. Those that have previously coached will be notified if an updated background check is needed.
