Floor Hockey Leagues

• Registration for returning teams starts Thursday, July 26.
• Registration for new teams starts Monday, August 27.
• Registration ends Monday, September 10.
• Captain’s meeting is Tuesday, September 11 at 8:30pm at Simkus Recreation Center.
• League starts September 18.

League Information

• Game times are 6:00pm – 9:00pm.
• Teams play an eight game season plus single elimination playoff.
• Games are played 4 on 4 plus a goalie.
• Games are played at Evergreen School.
• Teams are required to wear team colors.
• Cash awards and trophies for regular season and playoff champions.

Team registration must include all of the following:

• Completed team registration form.
• Completed Roster (minimum of six players) must be filled out online by the first scheduled game
• League fee: $320
• No partial payments or deposits will be accepted nor will slots be held over the phone.
