These are the programs we had planned to offer to residents before COVID-19 changed all the rules.
In the meantime, we are offering a variety of virtual programming. Go to the “Register” button on this website and search for “virtual”. All the programs will be listed.
The Carol Stream Park District is tentatively set to open on June 8. Programs that have previously been canceled will remain so. We will confirm this date when we are certain, based on State and Federal directives. Until then, as answers to inquiries and information become available, we will keep you informed via communication through emails and our website.

We are looking forward to a great Spring season as our baseball, softball and soccer leagues get underway. We have so many sports – for youth and adults. Find what’s best for you.
Super excited for a new event – Bunnies & Brews – An adult egg hunt! Kids can enjoy the popular Flashlight Egg Hunt and/or the Bunny Bash! Fountain View Fitness is offering new members a couple’s rate. Check their pages for other promotions and member deals. The Carol Stream Parks Foundation is gearing up for its Bike Club. Riders are guided on trails all over the county. Kids 5 to 17 years of age can audition for Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr. Everyone makes the cast. Performances are in the summer.
Awesome Adventure Camp is taking reservations for the summer season. If you’re a working parent and need activities for your kid, now is the time to register to take advantage of the early bird registration deadline of May 1. The Forever Young”sters” can sign up for overnight trips to Green Bay or the Biltmore in Asheville, North Carolina.
Coyote Crossing Mini Golf opens for spring hours on weekends starting May 1. Coral Cove Water Park opens to those that purchased a membership pass Memorial Day weekend. Others may enjoy the pool starting the first weekend in June. Start planning your child’s birthday party with one of our themed parties or have a Splash Bash at Coral Cove Water Park!
Fountain View Recreation Center is home to beautiful multi-purpose rooms to rent for graduation parties, wedding receptions – you name it! Picnic shelters are popular for family, neighborhood parties or sporting events, and we have eight shelters you can choose from to rent.
We have something for everyone!

Welcome to our Winter 2020 Activity Guide! We kick off the year with gigantic savings if you buy an annual, all-inclusive Fountain View Fitness Center membership. We’ve included a sample page of group fitness classes that include aqua and TRX classes, all of which are included in membership. We now have turf for functional training. Stop by and we’ll give you a tour.
Family events include our popular Daddy Daughter Dance with a new theme and at a new location. Winter break is host to the middle school open gym/swim. Test your team trivia skills in January on Trivia Night. Parents can catch a break with Parent’s Night out – we’ll watch the kids for you. Have some February family fun with Aqua Family Zumba in the indoor pool. Watch our talented kids put on four performances of Disney’s Frozen Jr. in March.
The guide has winter and spring break sports camps. Although early in the year, the guide lists the deadline dates for spring/summer baseball and softball discounts. From swim lessons, special events, theatre, fitness, dance, gymnastics, preschool, to sports for all ages and to trips for our seniors, the Winter Activity Guide has something for you!
The Fall Activity Guide covers late August through December 31, 2019. Registration for youth winter basketball season (January-March) is featured in the Fall Guide each year since practices begin in December.

The popular Zumbathon is back, along with Boo Fest, both in October. Take advantage of many Fall Fitness programs such as “Fall into Fitness”. Holiday events include Polar Express, Holiday Trolley Express and Teenie Weenie New Year’s Eve Ball! Competitive adults can enjoy baseball, softball, basketball and flag football leagues and tournaments throughout the season. Fall and winter sports and camps, theater, gymnastics, dance, swimming, tournaments, senior trips and so much more – only at the Carol Stream Park District!
