Mad Lab Live!

Fridays – May 8-May 29

2:30-3:30pm

5-11 year olds

We have taken the same great Mad Science Experience and made it virtual and hands-on! Jr. Scientists get to connect with their peers and experience a LIVE hands-on workshop conducted by a real Mad Scientist. During our four weekly sessions, kids are able to connect with their peers and learn about a different scientific topic each week. Classes include: Fantastic Flyers, Movie Effects, Watts Up and Super Structures. The Mad Scientist introduces the weekly topic, then guide the Jr. Scientists through some fun hands-on experiments to reinforce the concepts presented. The class is kept very interactive and allow for the kids to ask questions. Once enrolled, you will be emailed details for the class, including the class log on and detailed instructions for the series. We will also send out a list of materials needed (easy things like paper, a coffee filter, a crayon, etc.) We will also record the classes and they will be accessible during the following week in case kids are unable to attend or want to watch the class again.
