Fit-Nut Fest - March 10, 9-11:30am

Are you Fit? Are you a Nut?! You can be both at the Fit-Nut FEST! Fitness and Nutrition are featured for body, mind and soul with demonstrations and products that keep you feeling good every day. Hosted by Fountain View Fitness, visitors can participate in group fitness class demos and short personal training sessions, so dress to be a Fit-Nut! Learn what to eat to energize your day with our certified dietitian and try some snack and meal offerings. Take home some recipes. Enhance your health and wellness with advice from experts in those fields. Take advantage of free products, food samples and health screenings. Prizes and giveaways are available throughout the event. All attendees get free enrollment promotion card to Fountain View Fitness. Current members receive a free guest pass.

500-Mile Challenge 2018

Guidelines

  • Must be an active Walking Track or All-Inclusive Member to participate
  • Miles must be logged on Fountain View Fitness walking track or treadmills only; other cardio machines do not apply (for example spin bikes, stepmill, etc.)
  • Participants must have valid scan on record for tickets to be valid in conjunction with the date written on ticket
  • Participants cannot complete tickets for other participants
  • Only two tickets per participant per day are valid and will be counted towards grand total
  • Only miles logged at Fountain View Fitness are valid towards the 500 miles; outside activity on trails, malls, races, etc. will not be included in total
  • Weeks run Sunday through Saturday – old tickets will not be valid unless they are submitted within the current week
  • Miles accrued prior to each participant’s official registration will not count towards your total
  • Tickets are collected and tallied 2-3 times per week; participants will be notified via email when each goal is reached
  • Please check the 500 Mile Challenge website page for updated listings of the participants who have completed each goal
  • Fountain View Fitness reserves the right to determine the legitimacy of each tracking ticket; any tracking ticket deemed invalid by Fountain View Fitness will not be counted  towards the participant’s total
  • Additional guidelines that are deemed necessary may be added at a future date to maintain the fairness & integrity of this challenge; in the event this occurs, all participants will be notified via email
