30-minute group fitness class
Trained instructors will guide you through a TRX suspension workout by introducing basic and easy to follow progressions. The TRX system harnesses your own bodyweight to create resistance by adjusting body position and angle. All levels are welcome. No classes July 2-5.

45 minute group fitness class
Add a new dimension to your workout. Trained instructors use TRX suspension trainers to help you improve strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Engage all your muscles by leveraging your body weight for a nonstop total body workout.  8 member minimum/23 max


TRX Small Group Training - 1 Hour

Change the way you train with TRX. A certified personal trainer or instructor leads you through a customized TRX group suspension workout in our fitness studio. Reps and intensity are modified to fit your needs and ability so you can achieve maximum results. Fee is for each individual code/session, minimum 3 participants/maximum 5.
