I have always been active and passionate about fitness, and now I have the chance to inspire those around me. No one likes to do boring workouts, so I strive to incorporate workout exercises that are fun yet challenging. I believe that fun is the key to any successful exercise regimen. In order to become passionate about working out and doing it on a consistent basis, you must have fun while you are doing it. With this, hard work, and perseverance, positive results are inevitable. As a personal trainer, my goal is for my clients to achieve theirs.
I have lived in Carol Stream for 20 years and growing up have participated in soccer, basketball, swimming, and gymnastics through the park district. This town has been great to me, so through the years, I have also done some volunteer work to give back to the community.
My entire life I’ve been fascinated by the human body and all that humans are capable of. Growing up I always believed in medicine, but getting involved with fitness this perspective changed. Throughout my classes I continue to see how many harmful diseases can be prevented with Exercise and just caring for our bodies. I’d love to help clients not only achieve their goals, but help them live a better and healthier life.
I have enjoyed participating in sports and working out my entire life. I want my clients to enjoy working out and have a positive experience. Which would help my clients improve or maintain their healthy lifestyle. Each client will have a plan designed for their individual goals. I will do my best to give my clients the tools to be confident when they workout. My goal as a personal trainer is to help my clients achieve their goals.
Personal training is not just my job here at Fountain View Fitness but a passion of mine. I find no greater pleasure in helping you feel better about yourself both inside and out by attaining your goals through a healthy lifestyle. My philosophy utilizes functional training using compound movements to promote athleticism, fat loss, and general wellness. My certifications and education enable me to train clients ranging from athletes to the average Joe.
Using the correct progression and workout regimen, I believe I can help the most physically inert individuals regain their ability to enjoy living life without limitations once more. I live and breathe fitness and have found it is the greatest tool anyone has at their disposal to live a happier and healthier life. It is my mission to help you realize your full potential and come to love life and the lifestyle as I do.
I love teaching classes, helping to motivate positive change in the participant’s habits that results in transforming their bodies, their health and their lives. It is important to help our participant’s create long term sustainable success. Exercise, proper nutrition and a behavioral change are necessary for them to reach their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
In my free time I enjoy running. I am a marathon runner. I live in Winfield and am married with three daughters. I also enjoy cooking. I teach a music program called “God’s Children Sing” at our church in Wheaton.
