Regarding Credits / Refunds during COVID-19

REGARDING CREDITS / REFUNDS

  • Memberships: Members of Fountain View Fitness that have paid in full will have their membership extended for the length of the closure. For example: for as many weeks we are closed, your membership will be extended. Members that pay monthly for their fitness memberships not be charged for April and will be prorated on the next monthly bill based on the date that we reopen.
  • Rentals and Parties: We are currently contacting patrons with rentals through May 10. If your rental or party has been scheduled during this time, we will be happy to refund or reschedule your event without a cancellation or rescheduling fee.
  • Before and After School, Preschool, Forte Dance Company, Dance Recital and Springers Gymnastics with automatic billing will NOT be charged or billed during the closure. These automatic billings and payments are suspended until we reopen. More information on the Dance Recital and corresponding classes will be forthcoming. Forever Young payments for trips scheduled after 5/10 will be processed as scheduled. Credits have been issued for trips from 3/16 – 5/10. Forever Young Participants that are not on EZ Pay can make payments by mail or online.
  • All programs and events that were scheduled to take place or were in progress during the closure are being credited to your park district account automatically at this time. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credits to be processed. If you wish to receive a refund, please contact us.
