Rental – Indoor Event or Meeting Request
This form is only a “request for availability” and is reviewed by Carol Stream Park District Staff before final rental availability is confirmed.
Once approved, an Indoor Rental Contract is generated and full payment is due within seven (7) days. It is only upon execution of the contract and receipt of payment that the rental request is guaranteed.
