Senior Fitness

Focus is on flexibility, strength, balance, range of motion, cognitive stimulation, coordination and aerobics.  Class will consist of 30m fitness studio, 20m fitness floor, ending with 10 minutes of stretching. Instructor will modify exercises for your fitness level.
