This class combines the best of interval and circuit training. Timed intervals at each station challenges the core and increases upper and lower body strength. Bosu, bands, battle ropes, and more will add an additional challenge. Cardiovascular endurance is enhanced using H.I.I.T. (high intensity) training with short bursts of cardio segments.
