Carol Stream’s off-leash dog park includes fenced play areas for large and small dogs. Parking is available at Volunteer Park off Kuhn Road. No water is available at the dog park, so please bring a water bottle and bowl for your pets.

Annual Passes

Dog Park users are required to purchase an annual pass for the dog park. Passes are sold based on a calendar year basis. The 2013 pass expires at midnight December 31, 2013 regardless of date of purchase. To purchase a pass complete an application form, and bring your village of Carol Stream dog licence (or rabies certificate for non-residents) to Simkus Recreation Center.

Village of Carol Steam dog licenses are also available to purchase at Simkus Recreation Center. Proof of rabies vaccination must be shown to purchase a village license.

Pass holders must wear their ID badge when using the dog park.

• Carol Stream residents must show proof of current Village of Carol Stream license for each dog before a CSPD Dog Park Pass can be issued.
• Proof of current rabies vaccination is required before a CSPD Dog Park Pass can be issued.
• Maximum of three dogs per household pass.
