NIA is a barefoot fusionclass that takes the expression of dance, the power of martial arts, and the centered feeling of a yoga class to create an hour of music and movement. Nia allows participants to move at their body’s pace and abilities. The simple choreography is designed to help your body find it’s own flow and confidence.
This newly formatted class is inspired by ballet and incorpates elements of Pilates, isometric toning exercise and dance into a workout guaranteed to sculpt and slim your body. Improve your posture, develop longer, leaner muscle groups, and increase flexibility by combining the graceful training of dance barre work with energizing low impact exercise. No dance experience required!
