Fountain View Fitness features a wide range of strength equipment, free weights, TRX, turf area, and networked cardio machines, including row machines, incline trainers, spin and recumbent bikes, ellipticals, step mills, arc trainers, and treadmills.

Inclusive Fitness Machines

Fountain View Fitness offers thirteen Total Access Inclusive Fitness machines that are designed to be accessible to those exercisers who have physical or sensory limitations but are also able to be used by all exercisers.

Group Fitness Classes

Choose from unlimited land and aqua group fitness classes every week held in our studios or pools, all taught by experienced and certified fitness instructors – many of them from the Carol Stream area.

Included in your membership are unlimited group fitness classes offered in our fitness studios, gym, therapy, and lap pools. Classes offer diverse options taught by highly qualified and dedicated fitness professionals. The best way to improve fitness is to do a wide variety of classes or to “cross train”. Whether you’re a fitness addict, an active ager or you’re new to fitness, we have a class to meet your fitness level. Aqua Classes

More and more people are discovering the benefits of exercising in the water.  We offer a variety of aqua classes in our 25-yard indoor pool from water running, aqua boot camp, deep water condition, and aqua Zumba to specialized warm water therapy, classes: aqua arthritis, aqua interval, and more in our therapy pool.

TRX Classes

Trained instructors and personal trainers guide you through a TRX suspension workout. Harness your own body weight to create resistance by adjusting body position and angle. Improve strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability with this nonstop total body workout.
