Front bus seating may be reserved at the time of registration for those with applicable medical special needs. Participants requesting front of bus seating should arrive fifteen minutes before departure time.

COVID Guidelines

COVID guidelines vary between cities counties and states. Participants are responsible to review the current protocol of a trip location prior to registering and should be aware that requirements are ever changing.

Some destinations may require proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test. We cannot process credits or refunds after the payment deadline for any participant unable to comply with location guidelines. In addition face coverings are required at all times on the bus and may be required at trip destinations. If you have any questions on requirements of a trip contact us at 630-784-6185.

All participants should conduct a wellness check prior to attending a trip and should not travel with us if they have any symptoms of COVID or recently tested positive for COVID or have had a close contact exposure. Review our full COVID guidelines for more information.

Participant Photo

Next time you are visiting Simkus or Fountain View, allow time for your photo to be taken at the registration desk for safety purposes. If you register online or by mail, just stop by the registration desk when you arrive for your next trip or event. Those who have a fitness or pool membership do not need to have their account updated with a new photo.

Health & Safety Protocol

A wellness check should be completed prior to attendance. View our full COVID health protocol here for information on symptoms, wellness checks, and what to do if you’re exposed to or test positive for COVID. You may be seated directly next to another participant on the bus and during activities.

Payments Policy

Registrants are required to either pay in full or enroll in a payment plan and complete an Automatic Payment Request form at the time of registration. If enrolling in a payment plan, payments for trips will be withdrawn from the account listed on the Automatic Payment Request form on the payment due date listed for each trip. If a due date has passed, you may still enroll in the trip if space is available – payment is due at registration. Enroll in the waitlist for a trip any time at no fee.

Trip Cancellations Policy

Withdrawals should be requested prior to the payment deadline. If you can no longer attend after the deadline, withdrawals are only processed if a participant on the waitlist takes your spot or if you find a replacement. There is no guarantee that a waitlist replacement will be found after the due date has passed. If a friend is taking your place on the trip, a signed waiver and payment are due before your withdrawal can be processed. Passengers not on our roster are not permitted to attend.
