Personal training is an individualized approach to fitness designed to provide a safe and effective exercise program for all fitness levels. Our nationally certified trainers provide our clients with a specialized program designed based on individual abilities and goals. Clients will utilize a variety of fitness equipment with their trainer paying close attention to proper form, posture and biomechanics.

Personal training packages include:

  • One-hour consultation (New clients only)
    • Fitness level testing and assessment
    • Goal setting
  • Personalized training program based on goals
  • Guidance on proper exercise form

Packages are non-transferrable, non-refundable, and expire one year from purchase. After registration/payment, contact us to request your trainer.

PERSONAL TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Personal Training contracts are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Payment is made based on chosen package. Personal Training contracts and sessions expire 12 months from date of purchase. No refunds will be granted for sessions that have not been completed within 12 months unless a medical injury/condition prevents further continuation of remaining sessions and a letter is furnished by a licensed medical professional stating as such.

Training sessions must be purchased before sessions are scheduled. New clients must complete a PAR-Q and Lifestyle & Health History form prior to first session. The first session for new clients is a fitness assessment, with training program beginning during second session. A FULL training session is defined to be approximately one hour.

Two-person training options are purchased as one package for two people, and training sessions must be done as a pair.
