Group Training fitness classes offer targeted workouts designed to meet specific fitness goals. These fee-based sessions cater to participants with diverse needs and will have a smaller class size to offer more individualized instruction. These classes are open to members and nonmembers.
Youth fitness programs, like Strength Academy, offer specialized training tailored to young athletes, focusing on skills development and injury prevention.

Youth strength training with our Fountain View Personal Trainers consists of a strength equipment introduction with instruction on proper form and technique to prevent injury. Participants will utilize the indoor turf at Fountain View Fitness to jump, flip, and slam their way to a stronger self.
