2025: A Year in Review
Bring the Zumba dance party to the pool. The water’s resistance gives muscle toning, heart pumping moves, while buoyancy keeps joints protected.
A dynamic, full body strength training class that combines traditional lifting with functional movements for a comprehensive workout. Participants will use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, & more.
Incorporates many forms of dance. Aerobic workout, divided into different tracks like hip hop, today’s music, oldies, Latin and more that provide peaks and troughs of intensity.
Slower paced cardio strength training, exercise to challenge balance and stretching to help the body move.
