A fun and challenging total body workout to some fun music that incorporates strengthening, balance and cardiovascular endurance.
Full body interval class that is a combination of functional strength training and cardio conditioning is designed to improve strength, power, athletic performance and core stability.
Incorporates many forms of dance. Aerobic workout, divided into different tracks like hip hop, todayās music, oldies, Latin and more that provide peaks and troughs of intensity.

This class fuses Pilates, Yoga, and aerobics while focusing on improving posture, balance, muscle endurance and flexibility. Classes may utilize the Barre, Pilates balls, gliding disks, stretch bands, and light dumbbells.
A no-impact but challenging cardiovascular workout in the deep end. Designed to burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness, range of motion and muscle tone while moving with full suspension. This allows for safer mobility for spine, hips and knees. Challenge core stability and strength in a whole new way.
