Fair Oaks Parks – East, Central and West.

Fair Oaks East is a neighborhood wetland, filled with prairie grass species and small wildlife. Fair Oaks Central has a small lake for fishing. The lake contains triploid grass carp that help to reduce algae build-up. Fair Oaks West is a no-mow area along Fair Oaks Drive with native plantings and wildlife. These areas also serve as a detention basin for rainwater and are a home for the red-winged blackbird.
