How It Works

Companies sign up with as little as five employees to start saving. Employee pay for their membership on a monthly basis via an automatic payment plan.

Completed membership agreements, company ID, and personal ID are required at the first visit. Employee family members may be added to employees membership account for a $25 monthly fee.  Family Members are required to show household proof of residency.
