Baby Bug Parent-Child Classes
Baby Bug Parent-Child classes encourage interaction and socialization while enhancing motor development through song and play. Gymnastics equipment and parachute play are introduced.
Our Recreational Gymnastics and Tumbling program offers engaging, age and ability based classes for boys and girls, designed to help participants build strength, flexibility, confidence, and lifelong fitness skills in a fun, encouraging environment. From beginner tumbling and imaginative Tumblebugs classes to action-packed Ninja levels, cheer-focused training, and even adult gymnastics, our program provides a supportive space where everyone can progress at their own pace and discover the joy of movement.

Children develop tumbling skills including forward and backward rolls on an obstacle course, balance on the beams, strength on the junior bars, and coordination on the Tumbletrak. Parachute and other games may also be incorporated.
Learn the fundamentals of tumbling and develop skills on Tumbletrak, bars, beam and obstacle courses. Improve balance, body awareness and coordination.
Tumbling and basic gymnastics skills are introduced on smaller-scale equipment for preschoolers. Three-year-olds should take Dragonfly before registering for Cricket.

Kinderbugs introduces kindergartners to our gymnastics program. This class is designed to help little ones prepare for upper level gymnastics.
Our progressive gymnastics program guides participants from foundational skills through advanced techniques. Level 1 introduces beginners to basic tumbling and equipment, while Level 2 builds confidence with skills like round-offs, bridge kickovers, and front limbers, along with intermediate work on beam, vault, and bars. In Levels 3 and 4, gymnasts advance to front and back walkovers, back handsprings, and a range of USA Junior Olympic skills across all apparatus.
Build strength, coordination and confidence in a high-energy environment designed just for boys. Participants improve muscle tone, flexibility and overall fitness while learning tumbling progressions and fundamental skills on the parallel bars, high bar, vault and pommel horse.
Let your child jump, climb and explore in our action-packed Ninja classes! Designed for a range of ages, these programs build strength, coordination and confidence through fun obstacle courses, tumbling, and fitness-based games. Using a variety of ninja and gymnastics equipment, participants develop balance, agility and body control—all while staying active and having a blast. Parent participation is included for our youngest ninjas to encourage learning and fun together.

Classes focus on proper technique, flexibility, balance and coordination while using a variety of equipment in a fun, supportive environment. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to advance their skills, these classes provide a great foundation for cheer and gymnastics.
Flip, jump and move all day in our fun-filled gymnastics camps! Participants enjoy a mix of gymnastics, dance and games while building skills, strength and confidence. Each day also includes a creative craft to take home, making it a well-rounded and engaging experience.
Stay sharp and continue building your skills with our High School Gymnastics program. Designed for current high school team gymnasts, this program offers structured practice led by experienced coaches, focusing on technique, strength, conditioning and routine development. Participants train alongside our Springers team in a supportive, high-level environment. Must be an active member of a high school gymnastics team to participate.
Enjoy unstructured time to practice, play and explore in our Gymnastics Open Gym. Participants can work on skills at their own pace using a variety of equipment in a safe, supervised environment—perfect for building confidence, improving technique or just having fun.
Looking to try something new or reignite a past passion? Our Adult Gymnastics class and Drop-in gym offers a supportive, no-pressure environment where you can build skills at your own pace. Using mats, progressions, and drills tailored to your ability level, this class welcomes all tumbling backgrounds—from true beginners to those returning to the sport.
