In “Willy Wonka JR.,” mysterious candy maker Willy Wonka hides golden tickets in five candy bars, offering winners a factory tour and a lifetime supply of candy. Four winners are bratty children, but the fifth is the kind-hearted Charlie Bucket, who attends with his grandfather. The children must adhere to Wonka’s rules or face the consequences.
