Learn how to strengthen your “powerhouse” – your legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. Improve balance, posture and flexibility. Class will include use of straps, foam rollers and pilates rings.
Variety of cardio and strength movements incorporating circuits, drills and intervals using a variety of equipment to gain strength and endurance.
