2025: A Year in Review
Plan your next gathering outdoors with a variety of rental options throughout the Carol Stream Park District. Reserve picnic shelters at six beautiful parks, host an event on the turf or playground at Simkus Recreation Center, or make it a splash with outdoor pool and mini golf rentals. You can also reserve sports fields and courts for games, practices, or friendly competition. Whether you’re planning a birthday party, family reunion, or group outing, our outdoor spaces offer something for everyone.
Choose from a variety of affordable, scenic parks for a natural setting for your special event, family reunion, picnic, or corporate function. All shelters include picnic tables and nearby toilets, recreation opportunities. Some include electricity and hot coal cans.
May 30 – September 6: Saturday & Sunday
Option to add Coral Cove Waterpark access. Hourly rate does not include waterpark admission.
September 12 – October 31: Saturday & Sunday
Consider this private play area for your next rental or birthday party! A fenced-in playground is located on the west side of the Simkus Recreation Center. A large multi-age play structure is surrounded by a pour-in-place rubber surface that mimics a little roadway. Included in the play area is a 20-yard artificial turf field for open play and small sports programs. The surface and amenities are designed to offer greater mobility for all visitors.
Hourly rate does not include waterpark admission. Group rates are available for 12 or more. csparks.org/group-outings/
You can rent the canopy/party area with picnic tables or have the fun of Coral Cove Water Park all to yourself! Private rentals give you exclusive use of the entire park for 500 people and are available after hours.
Exclusive use of the entire course, Coyote Hideout, and unlimited golfing for you and your guests! Private rentals give you exclusive use of the entire park for 100 people! Bring in your own food, or choose from one of our affordable food packages. No outside alcohol may be brought in.
