Adult chaperones are required. This form is only a “request for availability” and is reviewed by Park District Staff before final rental availability is confirmed. Once approved, a Party Contract is generated. Full payment is due at time of booking. It is only upon execution of the contract and receipt of payment that the rental request is guaranteed. Do not send out party invitations until you receive an approval confirmation email. Our party packages are designed for the birthday child and 11 of their friends. If you want to invite adults and/or family to the party, inquire about our group outing and rental option. Limited Availability on Action parties due to gym usage. No Action Parties on Saturdays September through May. Prices are subject to change. Extra food and beverage items must be ordered through the Carol Stream Park District a minimum of seven days prior to the scheduled party. Additional Party Menu items must be paid in full at the time of order. There is no refund for extra food and beverage items.
