Holiday Dance Showcase

Location: Glenbard North High School (large auditorium)

Green Show: 4pm

Red Show: 630pm

TICKETS:

• Sales: Tickets are available on-line at https://27044.danceticketing.com/
• Tickets are assigned seating
• Ticket sales begin MONDAY, November 1 at 930am to family and opens to public on November 21 at 10am. Tickets online close on Thursday, Dec 15th at 6pm.
• Tickets are $11.45 each in advance and $15 (cash only) at the door. There are 2 shows this year to accommodate all our dancers so be sure to check if your dancer is in RED or GREEN
• Children two years and older need a ticket for their own seat. A ticket is not required for children under two who are sitting on a parents lap, but is necessary if they need a seat.

SHOWCASE T-SHIRTS

• Holiday Dance Showcase T-Shirts were included with registration. Some classes are using this for part of their show costume.

DISMISSAL:

• For the safety of all participants, dancers are dismissed one class at a time from the stage.
• Remain seated until your class is called for dismissal.
• Send only one parent/guardian to retrieve dancer.
• Teachers love to take photos with their students but wait until they are all dismissed.
• If dancers are in multiple classes they can retrieve their items from backstage after being dismissed on stage.

COSTUMES AND ACCESSORIES:

• All performers need to arrive in their costume ready to go. Directions on what to wear are specified in sheets that are emailed and given out at your dancer’s class by November 19. Additional accessories and costume pieces are handed out by week of December 5.
• If you are in multiple dances review the show order. Dancers need to arrive dressed in the 1^st costume that they are performing. Make sure all costumes are labeled with the dancers’ name.
• Many costume pieces and accessories belong to the Carol Stream Park District and need to be returned. Items are collected after the shows in by lobby and front table.

Parents receive additional info on costume requirements as some details are provided by the program. These details are provided by the dancer.
