Fountain View Fitness Specialty Classes

Specialty fitness classes offer targeted workouts designed to meet specific fitness goals. These fee-based sessions cater to participants with diverse needs and will have a smaller class size to offer more individualized instruction.  These classes are open to members and non-members.

Youth fitness programs, like NIKE SPARQ Kids, offer specialized training tailored to young athletes, focusing on skills development and injury prevention.

Train For 5K!

Whether it’s your first 5k or you want to improve your running time, this program will prepare you for your next race. Each session with our trainer includes cardio, strength and core training to help you become a stronger runner.

TRX Basics: An Introductory Workout

Moving with our TRX Straps is as easy as 1-2-3! You’ll learn basics in exercise set up and foundational exercises that will help anyone feel comfortable using the TRX straps as part of their weekly workouts.

Yoga for Golfers

Through these yoga sessions you can become a better golfer and lower your scores. You will improve your focus, movement, flexibility, strength, balance, and breathing. You can achieve a greater awareness of your swing mechanics. This course is for the yoga beginner, the advanced yogi, or anyone who simply wants to become a better golfer. Participants that complete the course will receive a set of 12 Like New premium golf balls!

NIKE SPARQ Kids

Speed agility training with Blackline Athletic consists of developing various athletic skills to be more explosive and aggressive on the field or court; simulating and rehearsing game-type situations, regardless of sport or activity.

Strength Academy

Youth strength training with Blackline Athletic consists of a strength equipment introduction with instruction on proper form and technique to prevent injury. Participants will utilize the indoor turf at Fountain View Fitness to jump, flip, and slam their way to a stronger self.
