As we reflect on 2025, one thing stands out above all else—behind every great year is a great team.
At the Carol Stream Park District, that team includes our full- and part-time staff, Board of Commissioners, volunteers, partners and supporters who work together every day to create meaningful experiences for our community. From planning programs and maintaining parks to welcoming guests and supporting special events, their collective efforts shape everything we do.
Throughout the year, hundreds of volunteers shared their time and talents, while our staff continued to adapt, grow and bring new ideas to life. Whether behind the scenes or front and center, their dedication is what keeps our parks vibrant, our facilities running smoothly and our programs thriving.
In 2025, we also focused on taking care of what we have—investing in maintenance and improvements that enhance the experience for our residents. From refreshed park amenities to facility updates, these efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to quality and longevity.
This past year is a reminder that success is never the result of one effort alone—it’s built through collaboration, passion and a shared commitment to community.
