What: using the machines on the fitness floor members work to create hypertrophy through 12 – 15 reps @ 70% max with 30 seconds rest. In-between each machine members will add a cardio “blast section” to keep heart rates up.
Where to meet: near the front desk for a 3 minute warm up.
